‘Economy Class’ is now 'Travel Class.'
Asiana Airlines is introducing a new corporate identity
(CI) and aircraft body design and, as of Oct. 26, changing
the brand name of each class. Airlines worldwide have
used the same classifications for years, but Asiana wants
to deliver a differentiated and more sincere type of
service by systemizing class names, brand identity, and
colors.
As a result, Asiana now offers 'First Class,' consistently
expressed in yellow, a color that denotes premium service
and amenities; 'Business Class,' in a blue that stands
for safety and accuracy and 'Travel Class,' in a red
that symbolizes passion, pleasure, energy and confidence.
The vast majority of travelers fly ‘Economy’ in pursuit of pleasure,
distance and freedom, and we have found a keyword that expresses those expectations – Travel.
Each class carries the graphic motif expressed in the
'Energy of Saekdong.' From now on, people will see this
brand identity and color system on cabin interiors, vessel
exteriors, flight tickets, monitor insignia or whenever
they come in contact with our unique service.
