Protecting Your Miles
In order to insure that your miles are properly credited
when traveling on an Asiana or Star Alliance route, please
remember the following:
Inform your travel agent or reservation
agent that you are an Asiana Club member and provide
your Account Number at time of reservation
Present your Asiana Club Card every
time you check-in for a flight
Keep copies of your ticket (or E-ticket
receipt) and your original boarding pass until you receive
your mileage statement
If you find mileage is missing from
your statement, you have up to one year (6 months for
Singapore Airlines and VARIG) to submit your claim,
along with copies of your ticket and original boarding
pass, to Asiana.
