Introducing Toronto.

Asiana's Second Canadian Gateway

Star Alliance carrier, Air Canada, has launched brand new non-stop service between Incheon International Airport and Toronto starting July 1, in partnership with Asiana. Toronto joins Asiana's Vancouver non-stop service, as the second Canadian gateway served by the Air Canada /Asiana partnership. Now you can fly on Asiana coded services, nonstop to Canada's largest city.

Hot Tips

Protecting Your Miles

In order to insure that your miles are properly credited when traveling on a Star Alliance route, please remember the following:

  • Inform the reservation agent that you are an Asiana Club member and provide your Account Number at time of reservation and present your Asiana Club Card every time you check-in for a flight.
  • Keep both your original boarding pass and a copy of your ticket(or E-ticket receipt) until you receive your mileage statement.
  • If you find mileage is missing from your statement, you have up to one year (6 months for Singapore Airlines and VARIG) to submit your claim, along with copies of your ticket and original boarding pass, to Asiana.

Domestic Awards

If you have ordered a Korean Domestic Award e-Ticket through the internet and are not able to use it, please notify Asiana Reservations immediately, so we may either re-authorize your e-Ticket for future use or redeposit your mileage.
