Asiana Visa Flies Into Second Year

Asiana Airlines is thrilled with the success of the Asiana Visa credit card, issued in partnership with Bank of America. The Asiana Visa card took flight in the spring of 2003, offering both a Platinum and Classic card. Both cards earn customers 1 Asiana Mile for every dollar spent, with Platinum cardholders earning 2 Asiana Club Miles for every dollar spent on Asiana Airlines ticket purchases.

Every customer who applies for the Asiana Visa card also will receive a complimentary Asiana Visa Mini Card. If you want to receive Mini Card, please contact 1-888-961-2757. This durable companion card is smaller than the full-sized Asiana Visa credit card. The Asiana Visa Mini Card is convenient, attaching to key chains for purchases on the go. All purchases with the Asiana Visa Mini Card earn Asiana Miles and are secured by Bank of America’s Total Security Protection, just like its full-sized companion.

The Asiana Visa fills a niche within the mileage credit card marketplace. Previously, travelers looking for a loyalty credit card that would earn them free travel on Asia was limited. With the launch of Asiana Visa, issued by Bank of America, a premier issuer of credit cards, customers now have the ability to earn free award travel, domestically or internationally, on Asiana Airlines, or any of the Star Alliance members.

Customers who don’t already have the Asiana Visa card can visit www.asianavisa.com, call toll-free 1-888-961-2757 or visit any Asiana Airlines ticket office or Bank of America banking center to apply. For information on the Asiana Club and Asiana Visa, call 1-888-311-VISA(8472). Anyone with a permanent United States address can apply and start earning miles immediately.
