- Asiana Club Miles shall be the basic unit of currency for all
partner earning activity in the program.
- Members are solely responsible for providing their Asiana Club
Membership number when making reservations and transacting business
with Asiana Airlines partners. Mileage will automatically post
to a members card within 4-6 weeks of the conclusion of each transaction.
- Mileage in an Asiana Club member’s account will be awarded
based on the partner mileage accrual tables listed in this Member
Guide, subject to change including termination of mileage offerings.
- Partner miles at hotel and car rental partners, are awarded
on a ”Per stay”, ”Per spend” or ”Per
rental” basis. A ”stay” or ”rental”
is defined as one or more consecutive days/nights at one hotel
or with one car rental facility, even if the member checks out
and checks back in during the stay or rental.
- Asiana Club mileage may not be earned on free hotel or car
rental transactions, industry discount rates, group rates or other
special promotional rates as may be determined by Asiana’s
partners.

- Claims for retroactive mileage credit for missing activity
must be submitted directly to the partner
